Job Description: 

● Bringing in new clients for payroll outsourcing services and HRMS softwares
● Identify Business development Areas through extensive research.
● Lead generation of potential clients through various channels,
conversion to prospects.
● Sign up process – Proposal drafting based on Team Manager’s inputs and
coordinating with key stakeholders for agreement signing
● Handles Escalations with Clients / Business Development 
● Client Interactions, Mining of Clients
● Ownership on collections, bad debts, process related activities like
offers, recons, do ability targets
● Travel requirement – frequent, across East locations
