Role description:-
1. Engaging with various stakeholders to understand project requirements and providing appropriate recommendations on execution.
2. Creating business plans and GTM strategies and implementing strategic & tactical initiatives towards revenue generation for projects as applicable.
3. Managing the P&L of projects for a defined time period with complete ownership of all decisions made towards the same.
4. Using data to understand sales trends / market trends / customer behaviour and making relevant recommendations to top management based on this data.
5. Developing new initiatives & new business units.
6. Creating policies, guidelines and SOPs around sales, marketing and administrative activities.
